All images, including photographic images and related text, captions, or informational materials (hereafter referred to as “the Images”) are provided for viewing purposes only. 3CT's' website permits visitors to view and search for Images. MEMBER'S AGREEMENT

Uploading of images by members of the 3CT are subject to the following:

1. Member certifies that the work is his/her own.
2. By uploading to the 3CT's website, the member permits 3CT to reproduce the images free of charge for publication and/or display in media for the advancement of the council's objectives as outlined in the 3CT bylaws. This will not include providing images to a third party either gratis or for a fee.
3. This includes use on the Council's website and Council will right-click protect the images. 3CT cannot offer any other guarantees against copying images displayed on the internet.
4. 3CT assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright.
5. Upon any copyright complaint, the 3CT will remove disputed images from the Council's website until the member can settle the dispute

The objectives of the 3CT shall be to provide a vehicle for improving members' photographic skills and technical knowledge, and for exchange of information, and by Council activity, to develop membership potential and public interest in the art of photography

OUTINGS, CONTESTS, COMPETITIONS, AND PROMOTIONS:

From time to time, 3CT may conduct outings, contests, competitions, or promotions on or through this website. Each outing, contest, competition, or promotion may have additional terms and/or rules which will be posted or otherwise made available to You and, for purposes of each outing, contest, competition, or promotion, will be deemed incorporated into and form a part of this Agreement.

3CT provides links to external websites as a convenience to our members and for informational purposes only. The linked sites are not under 3CT’s control and 3CT is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. 3CT is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. You acknowledge that 3CT provides the links to You only as a convenience and it does not endorse the linked sites or their use or contents. While we do our best to select sites that will be most useful for our members and visitors, 3CT bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of external websites or for subsequent links.

If a password is used to protect your account and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. 3CT utilizes the services of PayPal® to receive payment for annual club dues and participation in our annual events and competitions. 3CT is not responsible for transactions conducted once you are on the PayPal® website.

TOTAL AGREEMENT:

This Agreement contains all the terms of the Agreement between 3CT and you. 3CT reserves the right to alter, modify or update these terms of use at any time and You agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. 3CT encourages you to review this policy whenever you visit the website.

JURISDICTION AND ATTORNEY’S FEES:

By accessing this website you agree that in the event any legal action is brought against 3CT for any reason, the action will be brought in a county court of Tennessee. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to any conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court and waive any right you might otherwise have to claim lack of personal jurisdiction or inconvenience of the forum. If 3CT is caused to present claims or suit as a result of any breach of the above terms set forth, it shall be made whole for such reasonable legal fees or costs by You.
