Due to changes in the source code for the PDF plugin that displays the newsletters, the hyperlinks are no longer working. However, by opening the edition of the newsletter that you want to download is available. Just click the down arrow as shown in the image below you can download the newsletter and the hyperlinks may or may not be available on your computer. If the download area is not working, then just right click on the edition you want and select download. We apologize for the inconvenience but it is beyond our control.  Thank you for understanding
